Order Processing

  • I just placed an order. How long before it will be shipped?
  • Answer
    Generally speaking, if you order in the morning, we can ship your package later that day. If you order in the afternoon or evening, we won’t be able to ship until the following day. There will be exceptions from time to time, but we do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

If your order is being billed and shipped to different addresses, we’ll need 1-2 business days for processing before the order can be shipped. Please keep this in mind when selecting your delivery time frame.

We do not ship or deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday. Weekend orders, including Friday afternoon and evening, will be processed on Monday.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

You will get an automatic email saying your order has been ‘processed’, once the order has been sent you will get another auto email saying your order has been ‘sent’.

I Have Just Placed An Order, Can I Amend Or Cancel It?

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible which means there may be times when we are unable to change any of the details you have given us. This may include order cancellations, delivery address amendments or changing any items in your order.

Under UK Distance Selling laws, you have the right to cancel your contract with us, within 7 working days of receiving your order, but we offer you 14 days to cancel the contract. You will need to advise us of this in writing so we can issue you with a full refund and we would ask you to return the cancelled items to us. For more details please see our returns policy section.

If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost. If you want to cancel your contract with us, or if you need any further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Which payment options does 3que.co.uk accept?
Answer We only accept PayPal which accepts debit or credit card payments even if you don’t have a Paypal account. Paypal offers benefits like Buyer protection on purchases.

I don’t have Paypal what do I do?

  • Answer You can still make a payment via the Paypal payment in checkout using your Debit or Credit Card even if you don’t have a Paypal account. Just click PROCEED TO PAYPAL and when the Paypal window opens select Pay with debit or credit card.

I Have Seen A Product But It No Longer Seems To Be In Stock?

We are sorry if the item or size you require is listed as Out of Stock, as this  means we are sold out of that item. Please, either find an alternative or check back on the website at a later date as stock levels and products are updated regularly.

We are unable to provide information on when stock will become available. Alternatively contact customer service and request a special order of the particular product/size and we will try to make the product or size available.

SOMETHING I PURCHASED IS NOW ON SALE. CAN I RECEIVE A PRICE ADJUSTMENT?

Unfortunately, due to operational set up and availability issues, we do not currently allow for price adjustments.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship internationally. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery.
